On 13 February, we celebrated the Statehood Day. It is a special day for all of us! It reminds us that freedom is not a gift to be taken for granted – it is a value to be treasured, protected and cherished. On this important day, we remembered the determination of our nation and the people who fought for freedom. With the whole community and guests, we sang the national anthem of the Republic of Lithuania, read prose and poetry, enjoyed musical pieces and festive mood. Warm greetings were given by Dr. Žymantė Jankauskienė, Director of Vilniaus Kolegija / Higher Education Institution, and Dr. Birutė Žygaitienė, Dean of the Faculty.
