We are delighted with the International Week events at the Faculty of Arts and Creative Technologies. This year we had seven participants from five European countries who shared their best experience with faculty students and lecturers.

Students of the Musical Theater, Popular Music and Management of Cultural Activities study programs had the unique opportunity to participate in interesting theoretical lectures, energetic mastery courses and individual lectures. The lectures were given by experienced lecturers.

Tomasz Dąbrowski – is recognized as one of the most talented trumpeters and composers in Europe. He has recorded 7 albums and is as a co-author of 10 CDs.

Madars Kalninš – Latvian jazz pianist, composer, lecturer at Latvian Jazeps Vitols Music Academy. He has performed at various festivals in the USA, many European countries, regularly participates in various jazz projects.

Maris Pūris – Latvian step-dance teacher and actor who teaches and leads seminars and creative workshops in various European countries.

Frederic Borey – saxophonist from Paris. He is well known on the European jazz stage as a member of various bands.

Nina Jori Pedersen – Norwegian singer, composer and founder. She is organizer and director of ConCorde jazz choir in Rome.  Has recorded 3 solo albums.

Marta Ipczynska – Head of the Creative Schools Program at the Polish School of Economics in Bydgoszcz.

Marek Bogusz – Head of International Relations Department at the Polish School of Economics in Bydgoszcz.

We are also very proud of our faculty students’ performances at the opening and closing events of the International Week. Amazing students’ voices enchanted all participants from nearly 30 countries.
