Visit of Guests from Latvia and Poland

On 8 th December  International Week guests from Latvia and Poland – Daiga Bokuma, project manager of the Latvian College of Culture, coordinator of the Erasmus mobility program and Inese Rutka, head of the Event Organization study program at Albert College, and Julia Zawistowska, lecturer at Bydgoszcz University of Economics and Anna Tatarska, Poznań Technology university teacher – were visiting  Vilnius University of Applied Sciences.

Violeta Bytautaitė, MTF Erasmus mobility program coordinator, organized a tour of the faculty for her colleagues. Guests from Latvia visited the Department of Cultural Management and Dance Pedagogy and were interested in the study programs conducted in the department. Visitors from Poland were interested in the study programs at the Department of Fashion Design – Fashion Design, Image Design, Fashion Technologies and Business. The teachers from Poland especially liked the costumes created by the students at the practice centre. The honorable guests met with the Dean of the faculty Dr. Birutė Žygaitienė, head of the Department of Cultural Management and Dance Pedagogy, dr. Inga Kepalienė and manager Lina Andrašienė, head of the Department of Fashion Design Silvija Grušnienė and coordinator of educational programs Greta Žaliūnienė. During the meeting opportunities for closer cooperation were discussed.
