Finding Synergies Between the Arts and Sustainability in the New Nordic-Baltic Network Project “Act in Art”

The lecturers of the Cultural Activity Management study program of Vilniaus Kolegija / Higher Education Institution participate in the project “Building a Sustainable Future through the Arts” (SUFA), part of the Nordic-Baltic network “Act in Art.” The project aims to share good practices from higher education institutions in integrating sustainability themes into arts and cultural activity management programs.

The initiative brings together eight higher education institutions from Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia: Stockholm University of the Arts; Royal Swedish College of Music; Royal Danish Academy of Music (RAMA); Danish National Academy of Music; Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre; Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre; Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution; Latvian Academy of Culture.

The project activities at the Faculty of Arts and Creative Technologies are coordinated by Dr. Andrius Juškys, Associate Professor of the Department of Cultural Management and Dance Pedagogy.
