Staff Training Week in Slovenia

From 13th to 17th May the Head of Projects’ and Competence Development Department O. Žinienė took part in an International Staff Training week “Twin Transition in Focus – Learn, Network, Create, and Apply for International Projects”, which took part in Maribor, Slovenia. 22 representatives of higher education institutions from Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia, Belgium, Austria, Croatia, Romania, Jordan and Morocco took part in the International staff training week.

The training organizer, Academia, College of Short-Cycle Higher Education, arranged an excellent training and leisure programme. The participants got to know in detail the requirements of the centrally provided Erasmus+ and Creative Europe programmes, took part in creativity training, visited organizations successfully implementing green and digital transformation and discussed the perspectives of mutual cooperation.

The experience gained will strengthen the internationality of the faculty, help enhance the  organization of the study process and the possibilities of sustainable development.
